One purchase. Three separate apps. Your work stays yours. These terms are prepared for the upcoming release; checkout is not open yet.

Personal and business use

A paid KeepSuite license permits the purchaser to use Folio, Ledger and Stage for personal work and business or commercial work, including creating work for clients. One purchase covers all three separate apps on up to two computers controlled by the purchaser. A business purchaser may assign its two computer slots within that business. This is not an unlimited organization-wide or site license.

One payment; use the purchased versions

The bundle price is $5 USD paid once, plus any applicable taxes displayed at checkout. There is no recurring subscription. The license to use the purchased versions has no scheduled expiry, subject to these terms. Future major upgrades, new operating-system support, uninterrupted hosting and unlimited support are not included promises.

Installation, backups and computer transfers

You may download from an authorized source, install within your computer allowance and keep reasonable personal archival copies of the installer. Every customer installation, including reinstallation, requires online purchase-code verification. Ordinary editing works offline after activation. Reinstalling on the same Windows installation reuses its slot. Release a slot through Help > License & computers before moving to another computer. Reinstallations and slot transfers depend on the activation service being available. Contact support after a lost computer or Windows reinstall.

Your documents are yours

You retain ownership of your documents, spreadsheets, presentations and other original content. You may use, publish, distribute or sell your own output, including client deliverables, subject to rights in any third-party material you include. KeepSuite does not acquire ownership of that work. Sharing your output does not permit sharing the KeepSuite software, installer or purchase code.

Software ownership and reserved rights

The software is licensed for use; its copyright and other intellectual-property rights are not sold or transferred. Haidar Consulting, LLC and its licensors retain their respective rights in the software, original website content, product artwork, documentation and branding. No permission to use company or product branding to imply endorsement is granted.

No unauthorized copying, resale or redistribution

Except for the installation and backup copies allowed here, applicable law or a third-party license, you may not copy, publish, upload, mirror, distribute, give away, resell, rent, lease or sublicense the KeepSuite software, installers, activation receipts, purchase codes, proprietary artwork or documentation without prior written permission. Do not share a purchase code outside the licensed purchaser or business, sell access to it, or use it to activate computers beyond the allowance. Do not package KeepSuite as your own product or include it in a resale bundle.

Respect licensing and notices

Do not remove copyright, ownership or license notices; falsely claim authorship; use stolen or fraudulent purchase codes; or bypass activation or computer limits. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative versions of proprietary software except where applicable law expressly permits it or a relevant third-party license grants that right. These restrictions do not limit lawful interoperability, security research or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Third-party components

Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses and notices, which control for those components if they conflict with these terms. Their permitted copying, modification and redistribution rights are preserved. Microsoft, Ollama and API providers are independent third parties; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Optional AI and file compatibility

AI is optional. Local models, cloud accounts, API keys and provider charges are not included in the purchase. Review AI suggestions, calculations and imported or exported files before relying on them. Common Office formats are supported, but not every advanced feature, macro or exact layout. You remain responsible for the content you process and your use of external providers.

Support, refunds and consumer rights

Contact support@hcus.llc for installation, license recovery, privacy or permission requests. The refund policy displayed by the storefront before purchase applies, together with any mandatory rights under applicable law. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or third-party license rights. They do not replace or shorten any refund promise shown at checkout.

License misuse

Fraudulent purchases or material breaches may result in refusal of new activations or termination to the extent permitted by law. If a license is lawfully terminated, stop using the software and remove unauthorized copies. Existing offline receipts cannot be instantly disabled remotely. KeepSuite does not delete your documents through the activation service.

Changes and contact

This is the license notice prepared for the upcoming release. The terms shown for your purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not silently add a subscription or take ownership of your work. Purchase channels

The planned release offers direct checkout for Haidar Consulting, LLC through Stripe and a separate KeepSuite listing on Gumroad. The applicable checkout, payment and refund information must be shown before purchase. No live payment is accepted through the preview. A payment receipt alone is not a KeepSuite installation code; the confirmed purchase-delivery workflow will provide the required installer and code.
